PHOTO COMPETITION WITH PRIZES
“Obiettivo Sinalunga” is a photography competition with prizes promoted by the Municipal Administration of Sinalunga - Department of Tourism - dedicated to the enhancement of the landscape and cultural assets of the municipal territory. The initiative aims to promote tourism and the territory through shots of the cultural heritage, namely archaeological, historical-artistic, ethno-anthropological (festivals, events, elements of tradition) and landscape assets. Through the art of photography we want to enhance not only the material aspect, but also the emotions and sensations that the landscape, in a shot, can convey.
The deadline for sending images is May 31st, 2025.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS:
- Both Black and white and color photographs with both vertical and horizontal frames are allowed;
- Photographs must be in JPEG (.jpg) format in high resolution 300 dpi, with a minimum resolution of 3000 pixels on the longest side;
- Photos with signatures, watermarks or markings visible on the image are not permitted;
- Photos or images deemed offensive according to the sensitivity and unquestionable judgment of the organizers and the jury are not permitted;
- Photomontages, double exposures and digital retouching are not permitted, except for ordinary color, contrast or exposure corrections.
Participation in the competition is free, open to professional photographers as well as photography enthusiasts over the age of 18, even those not resident in the Municipality of Sinalunga. Each participant may send a maximum of 2 photographs, taking care to specify the following wording in the subject of the submission “Concorso fotografico Obiettivo Sinalunga” via certified email to comune.sinalunga@postacert.toscana.it or by email to segreteria@comune.sinalunga.si.it .
Each individual photograph must be accompanied by a title and a brief explanatory description plus the name and surname of the candidate; the material sent will not be returned. The submission of unreadable files will result in exclusion from the competition.
It is possible to request information or clarifications regarding the Terms and Conditions by contacting the municipal offices at the email address segreteria@comune.sinalunga.si.it at the number 0577 635219 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and on Monday and Thursday afternoons from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The Municipality of Sinalunga assumes no responsibility for materials/documents sent and not received nor for any problem or circumstance that may inhibit the performance or participation in the competition, including any technical and/or technological problems.
