44th Career of San Martino - Cart Race in honor of the patron saint San Martino

The Astrolabio Cultural Association awaits you at the Agnolucci Hall of the Ciro Pinsuti Municipal Theater with an exhibition dedicated to period clothing.
Saturday 11 November
Free tests
From 5.30pm to relive the thrill of night racing, this year the tests will take place in the late afternoon.
Street-Food of the Districts
From 6.00 pm the districts will delight us with their specialties, the square will be set up to guarantee coverage for all participants. Everything will be accompanied by good music.
Drummers and flag-wavers exhibition
At 9.00 pm in the square there will be a performance by the Bettolle flag-wavers and drummers group.
Sunday 12 November
Procession of the District and Blessing of the Runners
From 10.45am the districts will parade through the streets of our town to reach the Collegiate Church of San Martino where they will receive the Blessing.
The Procession of the Districts will be accompanied by the participants of the Historical Re-enactment of San Martino organized by the Astrolabio Cultural Association.
At the end of the blessing, the first performance of the Bandieratori e Tamburini dei Rioni group will take place.
Street-Food of the Districts
From 11:00 the districts will delight us with their specialties, in this area it will be possible to see the entire race thanks to the presence of a LED Wall.
Cart Race
from 11.45am the districts will compete in the infamous Cart Race. The final will then be held and the winning district will receive awards.
