La Valle del Gigante Bianco

The event takes place in Bettolle every year in the last weekend of May and in the first weekend of June. The historic district of Bettolle becomes the setting for the parade of the Chianina bulls here in its homeland. There are many cultural and in-depth initiatives, as well as dinners and tastings, revolving around the same topic: the Chianina breed.
Conceived by the Amici della Chianina Association, The Valle del Gigante Bianco was born with the aim of introducing a wider audience to the history of this wonderful animal, which has been defined the "White Giant" for the candor of its coat.
