Church of Santa Croce

The Church of Santa Croce dates back to the Middle Ages and from the thirteenth century it was dedicated to San Martino. With a single nave with a gabled roof, it has a facade with plaster enlivened by ornamental brick elements: four pilasters ending in a large molded cornice frame the portal and two niches; the central pilasters extend into the upper register, end in a triangular tympanum and enclose a large rectangular window. On the roof there is a bell gable, also in terracotta. The interior is characterized by valuable stucco decorations.
