Infiorata del Corpus Domini
Nine Sundays after Easter the people of Farnetella celebrate the Christian day of Corpus Domini with the traditional Infiorata. During this traditional event the inhabitants of the village decorate the streets using flower petals, leaves, and seeds to draw symbols and references of the Catholic religion. On this day the town beams with colors and the treasures of the village stand out.
